Event Details

One of the most effective ways to gain the benefits of herbs is
through teas.  Paul Tappenden, wild foods chef and herbalist will
discuss and demonstrate how to make the different types of medicinal
teas.  He will also discuss the wild herbs that grow around us and how
they can be used to treat specific issues.
Many of the “weeds” that visit us each year, offer us their curative
properties.  Learn which common wild species can be used to create
simple, yet effective remedies, and how each can be prepared most
effectively.
We will also discuss the properties of individual species and how they
can be combined for greater effectiveness.
$5.00 materials fee payable at the door.
